These Terms and Conditions govern the use of CloudyTour VIP Transfer services. By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. General Conditions

CloudyTour VIP Transfer offers professional airport and intercity transfer services.
All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued without prior notice.
By placing a booking, customers confirm they are eligible to use the requested service and accept these terms.

2. Reservation and Payment

  • Reservations must be made in advance through our website, phone, or email.

  • Depending on the service, full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.

  • We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service may incur partial or full charges.

3. Service Availability

  • CloudyTour is not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, airline disruptions, or other external factors.

  • We aim to fulfill all confirmed bookings, but in rare cases, route or vehicle substitutions may occur.

4. Pickup and Drop-off

  • Services are available at designated locations such as airports, hotels, or custom addresses.

  • Additional charges may apply for locations outside standard zones.

  • Clients must be present at the agreed pickup point on time; delays may result in loss of service.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate contact and flight information when booking.

  • Be ready at the pickup location at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time.

  • Last-minute changes may result in additional charges.

6. Luggage

  • Standard luggage allowance applies per vehicle type. Oversized or special items should be reported in advance.

  • We are not liable for lost or damaged luggage unless proven to be due to our negligence.

7. Liability

  • CloudyTour VIP Transfer is not responsible for damages, losses, or injuries unless directly caused by driver misconduct.

  • We do not cover indirect losses due to service delays or cancellations.

8. Behavior and Conduct

  • Clients must treat drivers and staff with respect.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a ride without refund if a passenger behaves aggressively, is intoxicated, or poses a safety risk.

9. Privacy

  • Personal data collected during booking is kept secure and used only for service purposes.

  • We do not share customer data unless required by law or with explicit consent.

10. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond our control such as natural disasters, strikes, or emergencies.

11. Legal Jurisdiction

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey.

  • Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Antalya, Turkey.

12. Amendments

  • CloudyTour reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

  • Updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
